Terms of Service
Last updated 23 July 2026
1. Who we are, and accepting these terms
Polymade is a content-repurposing subscription service operated by Inverto Pty Ltd (ABN 90 651 108 566), a company registered in Australia ("Polymade", "we", "us"). By using polymade.com.au or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
2. What the service does
You connect a source (a podcast RSS feed or a YouTube video/channel URL) and we turn your latest episode into a quality-checked content pack: a social post, a newsletter, a show-notes article, two to four short-form clips rendered as vertical video with captions burned in (cropped footage where the source is video, a captioned waveform video where the source is audio only), a quote graphic and a seven-day posting calendar. Every plan receives the same six-asset pack; plans differ in episode volume, connected sources, and white-label delivery. Every pack is produced by our automated pipeline and reviewed against a quality check before delivery. We target delivery within 24 hours of submission; this is a service target rather than a contractual delivery-time guarantee.
Current plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) and what each includes (source count, episodes per month, and features) are set out on our pricing page, which governs current plan inclusions and pricing.
Free sample pack
We offer one free sample pack per email address, with no card required. It is a sample of real output so you can evaluate the service before subscribing, not a trial subscription. It does not convert into a paid plan and carries no billing obligation.
3. Acceptable use
You must own, or otherwise have the rights to submit, any source content (podcast, video, or other material) you give us. You agree not to:
- Submit content you don't have the right to use, or that's illegal, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service (for example, working around plan limits or the free-pack limit through repeated or automated signups).
- Use delivered content in a way that misrepresents its origin in a manner that breaches the law.
4. Who owns what
You own the content pack delivered to you for your subscription or free pack: the specific social post, newsletter, article, clips, and other assets we generate for your source content. Polymade retains all rights to the underlying service itself: the pipeline, prompts, models, software, and brand. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to the source material you submit to us in the first place.
5. How packs are produced
Content packs are produced using advanced AI language models, and every pack passes an automated quality review before it is delivered to you. We do not represent delivered work as solely human-authored, and if you ask us directly how a pack was made, we will tell you.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription yourself at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from the pricing page's "Manage your subscription" section, with no account or password required, just the email you subscribed with. Billing, cancellation, and what happens if a payment fails are covered in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may pause or stop providing the service to your account if:
- Payment fails and isn't resolved (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details).
- You breach the acceptable use section above.
- We reasonably believe your use of the service creates legal or security risk for us or others.
You can cancel your own subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable, timely delivery, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a contractual uptime SLA. We are not responsible for how downstream platforms (social networks, email providers, and similar) treat or perform content you publish after receiving it from us.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Polymade's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (like lost profits or lost business opportunities). Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. See the next section.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for the purpose we advertise them for. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude those guarantees.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
